Working Principle of 3-cylinder dryer:

 

The threecylinder dryer adopts the advanced technology introduced from Europe,the dryer is 

assembled by three concentricylinders which halved together with different diameters ,feed aprons and stock guide plate with different angles and spacing are being equipped inside the cylinder, the structure can ensure that the material being dried runes along the direction of screwing under the impact of gravitation and keeps for a sufficient maintaining times and dispersity in the cylinder to make the material has sufficient heat exchange with the heat airflow from air heating furnace inside of the cylinder

The special three cylinder structure makes the inner cylinder and median cylinder being surrounded by the outer cylinder to form a selfcontained thermal insulation system, the heat set out by inner and median cylinders surfaces participates the heat exchange of materials in outer cylinder ,however the outer cylinder is being located in the low temperature end of the heat airflow ,so the heat dissipation area and heat losses are being reduced significantly. 

Application:

It’s mainly used to dry fruits in sheet and lump shape which have moisture more than 60%.
